A goal of the Hartford Chorale is to extend singing opportunities
to a broader constituency in order to attract more singers and to
further serve the community. If you would like to talk to
us about our Outreach and Education efforts, please contact our
office at 860.547.1982 or email us.
High School and college students are eligible to participate in the Chorale on full-
scholarship. Auditions for new members are scheduled for this June. If you have any
questions or plan to attend, you are asked to R.S.V.P. to the Chorale Office with
the names and number of guests at contact@hartfordchorale.org or call
860 547-1982. Please see the Chorale website for audition
and internship information. If you are interested in attending the concert, contact the
Symphony at: www.hartfordsymphony.org or call 860-244-2999 for more information.
The Chorale offers an independent study program for college
students and an internship program for high school students (16
years and older) to participate at no cost except for the purchasing
of scores. Please contact our office at 860.547.1982 or email us
to apply for this opportunity or to speak about future
internship / independent
study opportunities. We have nine interns this season!
The Chorale also offers CEUs, Continuing Education Units, to music
educators. We have one participant in this program this season.
